WORK – Glenn has been in the Printing and Promotional Products industry for over 25+ years.  With both extensive Sales and Sales Management experience, he has focused his career on helping his clients achieve their business objectives.   His extensive industry and product knowledge enable him to serve in a consultative role to ASG/MBS clients, thereby helping them reduce costs and increase productivity.  Glenn is skilled at understanding how and when to deploy different print technologies to help ASB clients achieve their “print objectives,” whether it is by producing a single job or developing a full Print Management program.

HOME – Glenn enjoys writing, recording and listening to music of all types.  He plays both the guitar and piano and likes attending the theatre, rock concerts and other major entertainment events.  He enjoys travel and loves the exposure to different countries, their people and the uniqueness of their cultures.   He enjoys photography, walking, biking and a great Prime Rib!

Randy has been in the Graphic Arts and Promotional Marketing industry for 30 years, spending time in Operations, Marketing, Sales and Financial Management. With this broad base of industry knowledge, Randy is able to creatively design customer business solutions which might not be conceptualized by someone with less varied experiences.  As part of the American team, Randy has successfully designed and implemented projects, campaigns and programs which have reduced costs, increased productivity and improved user satisfaction.

WORK – Jeff has been a Fulfillment Services professional for over 13 years.  Prior to entering the industry, Jeff spent 25 years in the Specialty Chemicals industry.  He had his own distributor company for 13 years, selling it to his partners in 1997.  That experience as a distributor and importer have served him well in the Fulfillment business.   His industry expertise gives Jeff the ability to present his clients with the best solution for the best value.  Whether it is Product Fulfillment, Literature Fulfillment, POP/Premium/Apparel Fulfillment or Sweepstakes/Promotions Fulfillment, Jeff’s advisory talents direct his clients down the best path toward successful completion of their objectives.

HOME – Jeff has been married for 39 years to Barbara, a 3rd Grade Mentor Teacher.  They have 3 grown children and 3 grandchildren.  Jeff enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, cooking, reading and an occasional round of golf.

WORK – Robert has been in the Printing and Promotional Products industry for over 11 years.  Early in his career he was employed in the Casino industry, working in the Corporate Purchasing Department for Harrah’s Gaming Corporation.  As such, Robert brings a unique understanding of both buyer and seller to his client relationships.  Today, Robert is the President/Owner of Maximum Business Solutions, a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) that specializes in Print Management, Promotional Products and Business Uniforms/Apparel. He enjoys satisfying his clients with a customer service focus, while always striving to provide the best value and solutions to his customers.  In addition to his knowledge of Printing and Promotional products, Robert is expert in Business Apparel and Uniform Programs, and prides himself in being able to create uniform programs that augment a client’s branding/image.

HOME – Robert enjoys social networking, spending time at the community youth center, giving to local food shelters.  He spends his spare time with family and friends. He loves to devote time working with the elderly. He’s learning and enjoying how to play golf. His favorite sport is basketball, but enjoys all major sporting events. He likes riding his bike or walking the nature trail. Married to his wonderful wife Jackie; Robert has a set of twins, son and daughter. He enjoys watching his son play tennis or watching his daughter perform at her dance competitions.

WORK - Jennifer has been in the print industry for 13 years and the Promotional Products industry for 8 years. She enjoys working with all her clients! She loves to help her customers find the perfect promotional item or print the perfect piece for their events and daily business to help them grow their business.

HOME - Jennifer has two children, Madison & Chase whom she enjoys to spend her time with and two dogs that won't leave her side. She enjoys the beach, fishing, decorating and shopping.

Shawn Black Shawn Black

 WORK - Shawn has been in the print industry for over 34 years and the Promotional Products industry for 10 years. He is a Certified Forms Consultant, and is driven by the challenge of taking existing forms and changing them to become more efficient and cost less to manufacture. In addition to his own sales, he spent the past five years in a support position for some large national accounts and as a result, has added an array of new skills that he can take out into the field with him.

HOME – Shawn is married to Theresa, a paralegal, and has two cats, Moon Baby and Rocket Boy. A lifelong student of music, he plays guitar, banjo, bass and mandolin. To stay in shape, he enjoys training for and running marathons and half marathons, completing three or four a year. He also has a hopeless addiction to crossword puzzles. .

Ron Morse Ron Morse

 WORK - In 1976, after a 10 year career in the manufacturing sector of the printing industry, Ron Morse advanced to the order entry department. His responsibilities included the order entry of the American General credit union focused products. In 1976 Ron was hired to be the production manager of American General and was required to learn the specific form requirements of the various credit union core processors. In 1981 Ron became a partner/owner in the American General distributorship. Responsibilities included: maintaining contact with the data processors, developing the original form sets for Symitar and several forms for Ultradata and Versus data processing systems.

In 1985 Ron Morse became the lead salesman for American General partnering with local attorneys to develop lending and membership products exclusively for credit unions. In 2007, due to the advancement of Laser print technology and credit union mergers, American General was sold to ABG Marketing and Business Communications. Ron was the credit union team leader for ABG. In August 2011 American Solutions for Business (ASB) purchased ABG. Ron Morse was retained to develop the national credit union program for ASB. To that end, the credit union resource and information web site was released in April of 2012.

CUOnlineSolution.com is currently being ready for a state by state release. Ron is responsible for the compliance issues, new product/service offerings associated with the site and the marketing of the site directly to the credit unions. Ron is a member of the ASG, LLC Corona Sales Team and together they form the CUOnlineSolutions.com Team for American Solutions for Business.

Lupe PantojaLupe Pantoja

 WORK – Lupe Pantoja has been in the printing industry for over 18 years. Lupe is highly skilled at both the technical aspects of printing; and in providing her assigned clients with outstanding follow up and customer care. Proven an expert in servicing the Credit Union marketplace, her skills are now being deployed in support of ASG/MBS’s Casino Resort clientele on a national basis. Lupe enjoys working with her customers closely; thereby ensuring they are satisfied with all of ASG/MBS services.

HOME – Lupe is married to Ernie, a Buyer and has two young daughters, Maya & Sara whom she loves spending time with. She enjoys watching her daughters dance to Folkloric (Hispanic) music and watching them perform at special events. Family time is best spent outdoors visiting zoos, museums and anything that is educational for her kids.

Ken Robinson Ken Robinson

 WORK - Ken has over 42 years’ experience in the printing industry. He served a 6 year apprenticeship in the United Kingdom as a graphics camera operator and color separator. Before coming to the United States he was the camera and plate manager for one of the largest book printing companies in the United Kingdom and a technical sales manager for a graphic supply company representing both Du-Pont and Kodak. Ken has 34 years’ experience in the flexographic industry in various positions as art director, sales manager, VP graphic engineering, VP Manufacturing, Director of TQM and Audits. Ken is a qualified Quality Circle leader from the Quality Circle Institute, along with a Certificate of Completion from the Rochester Institute of Technology for Color Process for Flexography, and a Certificate of Appreciation for Invaluable Assistance and Service to the Graphic Arts Academy Flexo High School Program, and a Certificate of Merit from the FTA Foundation of Flexographic Technical Association for his lecture on 4 color process for flexographic printing. Ken’s industry expertise and knowledge of the flexographic industry gives Ken the ability to present his clients with the best solution for the best value. Ken has also developed a market for vision simulator cards and vision products for the blind and visually impaired and works with many of the Optometric Associations both in the States and United Kingdom.

HOME – Ken has been married for 38 years to his wife Helen who is also from Ireland. Ken met Helen when the gospel singing group he was in was invited to play at her church. He has two grown children both married and has one granddaughter. Ken also had one daughter that passed away 16 years ago just prior to her 17th birthday. Both Ken and Helen are involved in their church as worship leaders. Ken plays guitar and he and Helen both enjoy singing at their church, road trips, time with family, friends and their dog Honey, watching his favorite soccer team Manchester United and getting back to Ireland to visit family every so often..

 Dan Kray is dedicated to creating strong, Marketing and Advertising Materials/Web Design and Branding that will increase your market share and profits. He also handles high-volume Forms and Print Management Graphics for ASG's clients. His approach is personal, professional, knowledgeable and pleasant, and it is well received by the many businesses he serves for them.

Dan also has shared his experience by teaching four different courses in Web Graphic Design at DeVry University & Platt College, as well as a panel adviser to a major art school in the Inland Empire.

He is an active surfer, tennis player, runner, etc., and he is most blessed with two beautiful children (an 13 year old dancer/clothing designer, a 20 year old college student/monster rock drummer), and a loving Realtor wife of 26 years, and a long and active history of leading contemporary worship at church.

The bottom line is that he believes that serving the client's needs is an honor and a privilege.
